Terms of service

AERSeal is provided by Aeredium Network LLC. Purchasing and using this service is deemed full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. 1. Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 30 days before expiration. Renewal charges are taken automatically unless you notify us otherwise at the time of cancellation.
2. 2. Cancellation and key expiry. If you cancel, your custody runs to the end of its paid term and the threshold signature expires when that term ends. Expiry is final — there is no reinstatement of an expired threshold signature.
3. 3. Migrate before expiry. Before your term ends you may propose one final governed transfer of the contract's authority to an address you control, through the standard ceremony. After expiry, AEREDIUM no longer operates the threshold key and any powers still held by it become permanently inoperable.
4. 4. Your original key after transfer. When your smart contract's authority is transferred to your AERSeal threshold signature and the transfer of ownership is confirmed, your original private key holds no remaining power over the contract and may be disposed of. The transfer is one-way.
5. 5. Your policy is your responsibility. It is the client's responsibility to keep the custody policy accurate — signatory names, email addresses and mobile numbers. If a signatory's contact details change, the policy must be updated by the client. Aeredium Network LLC is indemnified against any loss arising from the client's negligence or omission in maintaining their policy.
6. 6. Payment in advance. All payments are made in advance. Signature credit is prepaid; an executed signature draws from that credit at the fee in force when it executes. A signature that fails to deliver refunds its draw. Without credit, execution waits — nothing is billed afterwards.
7. 7. Verification. Service is subject to identity verification — KYC for individuals, KYB for organisations — including each named signatory. We may decline or suspend service where verification fails or where the law requires.
8. 8. Recovery follows your policy. Signatory recovery is governed by the policy you set at onboarding, including the number of signatories who must re-verify. The interview decides the policy; the system does what the policy asks.
9. 9. Network gas. On-chain gas is prepaid by construction from your custody's own gas balance. Gas is a cost of the underlying network, not a fee of ours, and we never advance or re-bill it.
10. 10. What we do not control. We are not responsible for the behaviour of underlying blockchain networks — outages, forks, reorganisations or gas prices — nor for the internal logic of your smart contract.
11. 11. Lawful use. You warrant that you lawfully control each contract you register and that the service is not used for any unlawful purpose.
12. 12. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Aeredium Network LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid for the affected custody in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. 13. Changes. We may amend these terms with at least 30 days' notice to your account email; continued use after notice is acceptance.
14. 14. Notices. Notices are sent to your account email address. Support is available 24/7 at 360support@aeredium.io.
15. 15. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Aeredium Network LLC is organised, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
